The Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvee is made from grapes sourced from the finest parcels of the Clover Hill vineyards in Tasmania, a region that is increasingly being known for producing world class pre-eminent cool-climate sparklings.

Crafted according to methode-traditionnelle techniques, Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvee is fermented in its bottle, and then aged on yeast lees for a minimum of two years, ensuring the vivacity and intensity that is the Clover Hill house style. It is a blend of French methodology and Tasmanian style.
