The very fine and aerial bubbles brighten its pale pink robe with some copper bronze hints. The fine and subtle bouquet reveals fruity and delicate notes of raspberries and wild strawberries. On the palate, it is velvety and deliciously fresh, as well as generous and well- structured. The refined fruity aromas are intense and blend harmoniously with citrus notes, smooth spices and an elegant subtle minerality. The final is fresh and smooth.

"Very pale rosé. An elegant and pure nose with good breadth offers up notes of raspberry, strawberry, yeast and a soft floral hint. The supporting effervescence is exuberant with a relatively fine bead before terminating in a bone dry and markedly austere finish. I find many rosé Champagnes to be excessively sweet yet here there is no such make up, indeed some may find this to be a bit too austere but I very much like the clean, crisp and refreshing character. Note that this could easily be held for further development though it's so appealing now it would be hard to keep one's hands off!" - 91 points, Allen Meadows' Burghound.com

"Balanced and fruity with its hints of red fruits, this is a light wine. The dominance of the two Pinot grapes gives it a slight texture and tannic edge although this is smoothed out by the soft finish from the relatively high dosage. Ready to drink now." - 88 points, Wine Enthusiast

" A lip-smacking rosé, with tangy acidity and a lively bead, this shows flavors of steeped raspberry, slivered almond, oyster shell and ground ginger. Drink now. 5,000 cases made." - 90 points, Wine Spectator
